SECTION 1: IDENTIFICATION
Steam Name & ID: Cassius - STEAM_1:0:59545290
Discord Tag: cassius2
Age (Minimum 16+ Recommended): 21
Total Time on Server: 0 hours.

SECTION 2: SCENARIO DESIGN
1. The "Ghost" Protocol: An MTF unit is currently engaged in a high-stakes re-containment of SCP-682. You notice a player breaking FearRP. Do you intervene immediately, or do you wait for the scene to conclude before teleporting the player to a secure area for a sit? Explain your reasoning.

As a Gamemaster, my task is to observe without interfering with the playerbase's immersion; I am not to interfere in an active scenario. Per this rule, I would not intervene immediately and would rather wait until the scene has concluded before teleporting the player. Additionally, I would ensure the player is not engaged in active roleplay before teleporting them.

2. Logical Discipline: A Senior Researcher is caught "XP-grinding" by falsifying test logs. This is both an In-Character (IC) issue for Internal Affairs and an Out-of-Character (OOC) issue for Staff. How do you handle this without overstepping into the IC investigation?

I would make sure that I have evidence, either through logs/screenshots or a video of the researcher XP-grinding. I would first make sure not to teleport the researcher while they are in an active situation, then I would inform them of the rule violation and issue a warning (or other punishment based on guidelines). I would only handle the OOC (rule violation) aspect of the situation, leaving all in-character issues to Internal Affairs.

3. Professionalism: You are watching a scene where the Site Director is making a "bad" tactical choice that will likely lead to a breach. Do you interfere? (Hint: Think about our "Logical Flow" philosophy.)

I would not interfere; characters are not perfect and are bound to make mistakes, which includes the Site Director. It is not my task as a gamemaster to interfere with players' decisions, even faulty ones, provided it isn't a violation of server rules/guidelines.

SECTION 3: STAFF COMPETENCY
Previous Staff Experience: (List servers and ranks held.)
- Civil Networks SCP-RP: Administrator / Gamemaster Lead.
- Synapse: Administrator.
- Hadron: Administrator.
- Icefuse JvS: Administrator.
- Light Gaming: Staff Manager.
(Additional experience across various Garry’s Mod servers, where I do not remember the names, but held similar/higher ranking positions.)

Why do you want to be a GM here specifically?

I wish to be a gamemaster to assist the server as it grows. I have a keen interest in the SCP Universe and want to contribute to the community’s growth. I enjoy helping players by ensuring they have a smooth, immersive experience and handling players who have no intention of roleplaying. I think it's important to focus on teaching and informing players first-hand before issuing punishments.

Scenario Handling: A player claims they were RDM'd by an Infiltrator. There are no logs of the kill. Describe your step-by-step investigation process.

Since there are no logs, I would first speak with the player claiming they were RDM'd; I need to gain more information about the situation before proceeding. I would ask them if they have any screenshots or videos of the situation. If not, I would ask them for their console output, which may indicate if they received damage. In addition, I would ask them to describe the situation, i.e., what weapon, model and/or other details they could remember about the situation, making sure to take notes or record the conversation.
If they are unable to provide anything aforementioned, there is insufficient evidence to proceed. However, I would also speak to the Infiltrator (if there are multiple, I would check any who were likely involved or reported to be in the area and or appear to have been in the area). Asking multiple people isn't wrong, but I don't wish to interfere with too many people.
If I am able to find evidence of an RDM, I would punish the Infiltrator based on guidelines. If not, I would inform the player making the claim to ensure they have some sort of evidence so appropriate action can be taken in future situations.

SECTION 4: COMMITMENT
Availability: How many hours per week can you dedicate to "Ghosting" (Monitoring) the site?

I would be able to dedicate around 6-8 hours per week.

SUBMISSION RULE:
GMs have the power to Ban. This power is logged and audited by Site Administration. Any abuse of "Cloak" or "Noclip" for personal gain or to spy on RP for IC advantage will result in an immediate blacklist.
