SECTION 1: IDENTIFICATION
Steam Name & ID: Mantis | STEAM_0:0:73706113
Discord Tag: the1mantis
Age (Minimum 16+ Recommended): 21
Total Time on Server: 0 ( Server not out yet)

SECTION 2: SCENARIO DESIGN
1. The "Ghost" Protocol: An MTF unit is currently engaged in a high-stakes re-containment of SCP-682. You notice a player breaking FearRP. Do you intervene immediately, or do you wait for the scene to conclude before teleporting the player to a secure area for a sit? Explain your reasoning.

As a Game Master it is my role to ensure rules are followed correctly. However if staff constantly get in the way of Role Play then it can ruins people fun. For this reason I would wait until the Role play situation is finished before talking to them. In addition during this time I would collect as much evidence I can to back it up ie Screen shot or video. Unless the rule makes a major issue. It can be addressed at the right time after everyone finishes their Role play.

2. Logical Discipline: A Senior Researcher is caught "XP-grinding" by falsifying test logs. This is both an In-Character (IC) issue for Internal Affairs and an Out-of-Character (OOC) issue for Staff. How do you handle this without overstepping into the IC investigation?

First I would record the Researcher XP- Grinding then I would secure the area and have a chat with them about breaking said rules and punish them accordingly via, verbal or Actual Warning. However I would stay away from doing anything In character as it is not my job and I am only stopping them from breaking the rules further. I would thus let a supervisor know to keep a eye on this guy for acting "suspicious" that way they open a investigation into them.

3. Professionalism: You are watching a scene where the Site Director is making a "bad" tactical choice that will likely lead to a breach. Do you interfere? (Hint: Think about our "Logical Flow" philosophy.)

As a Game Master I would not interfere. This situation is purely something being doing in character. However, as my in character I would record everything and then submit a report after everything has been resolved and let the council do everything in game.

SECTION 3: STAFF COMPETENCY
Previous Staff Experience: (List servers and ranks held.)
Melon RP: Staff Manager
Prop Hunt: Admin
Aurora: Community Manager
Orgins: Lead Admin
Alien RP: Staff Manager
National Task Force: Director
And more.

Why do you want to be a GM here specifically?
I wish to be a game master here for many reasons, however it boils down to I like helping people when I can. I enjoy the game and want others to have a good time as well. Sadly there are many trolls that wish to ruin peoples fun. With this I can help reduce the amount of trolls and continue to help and make this server even more enjoyable.

Scenario Handling:
A player claims they were RDM'd by an Infiltrator. There are no logs of the kill. Describe your step-by-step investigation process.

First I would talk to the reporter, get their side of the story and ask questions such as "About when did they kill you?" "Where were you when you died?" " What type of weapon was used?" "Who killed you?" "Any evidence such as a screenshot or video evidence?" From there depending on their answers I would scour the logs looking for anything I could. Then after I did or did not find anything I would I pull the reported person and ask them if they know anything about said person and see how legit their answers sound. I would ask if they have any video or recording if not, I would just let them to be mindful and be careful just as a friendly reminder then I would let them back to Role play. After that I would talk to the person who made the report and explain that I would not be able to make any punishment due to the lack of evidence to support it. I would then recommend they record next time or screen shot it. From there I would return them.

SECTION 4: COMMITMENT
Availability: How many hours per week can you dedicate to "Ghosting" (Monitoring) the site? If not active on a job I could be be Ghosting maybe 5 hours a week.

SUBMISSION RULE:
GMs have the power to Ban. This power is logged and audited by Site Administration. Any abuse of "Cloak" or "Noclip" for personal gain or to spy on RP for IC advantage will result in an immediate blacklist.
